All Snoots plans include unlimited in-clinic and remote consultations, all core vaccines and annual boosters, unlimited diagnostic bloods, faecal and urine testing, travel certificates, no prescription fee, microchipping and routine care. X-rays, abdominal ultrasound and neutering are included on all plans but require 6 months of prepaid membership (£198) to unlock on the monthly plan — annual and two-yearly members can access these from day one. Dental cleaning is included on annual and two-yearly plans; monthly members can add it for £199.

Snoots membership is available on three plans. The monthly plan is £33/month on a 12-month commitment. The annual plan is £396/year (£33/month equivalent) — this plan includes dental cleaning as standard. The two-yearly plan is £720 for two years (£30/month equivalent) and includes dental cleaning plus a price lock for 24 months.

All plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. The monthly plan is billed at £33/month. The annual plan is billed upfront at £396. The two-yearly plan is billed upfront at £720. After the initial term, monthly plans continue on a rolling monthly basis.

If you're not happy after your first appointment, you can cancel and you'll only ever be charged £33 — your first month's membership. No questions asked, no further charges.

X-rays, abdominal ultrasound and neutering are included in all Snoots memberships. On the monthly plan, you prepay 6 months of membership (£198) upfront to unlock access to these services — this is credited against your ongoing membership fees, not an extra charge. Annual and two-yearly members can access all services including x-rays, abdominal ultrasound and neutering from day one.

Dental cleaning is included on annual (£396/year) and two-yearly (£720/2 years) plans. Monthly plan members can add dental cleaning for £199 per procedure. Tooth extractions are available at £349 (basic) or £599 (advanced) on all plans.

Within the initial 12-month period, early cancellation requires payment of remaining monthly fees minus 25% for non-use — unless the value of care received equals or exceeds 12 months of fees. After 12 months, you can cancel at any time before your next payment date with no penalty.

Each pet requires their own membership at £33/month or the annual/2-year equivalent. There is no limit on how many pets you can enrol.

No. Snoots is a veterinary membership — direct unlimited access to a vet clinic for a flat monthly fee with no claims process, no excesses, and no exclusions on covered services. Pet insurance covers unexpected emergencies and surgeries; Snoots handles primary and diagnostic care.

For primary and preventative care, Snoots replaces the need for insurance. For emergencies, surgery and specialist referrals, a basic insurance policy can still provide useful protection. Many Snoots members keep a low-cost policy for that additional peace of mind.

No. Memberships are tied to a specific pet and cannot be transferred to a different pet or owner.

Snoots accepts dogs and cats of all breeds. Minimum age 8 weeks. We do not currently accept exotic animals, birds, or reptiles.

Yes. All core vaccines and annual boosters are included on every plan — for dogs this includes parvovirus, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, kennel cough and rabies; for cats this includes cat flu, feline infectious enteritis and feline leukaemia virus (FeLV).

Yes. Neutering and spaying are included on all Snoots plans. On the monthly plan, you prepay 6 months of membership (£198) to unlock access. Annual and two-yearly members can book neutering from day one.

Yes. Full blood panels, urinalysis and faecal tests are included as part of Snoots' diagnostic services. Your vet will run whichever tests are clinically appropriate.

Yes. X-rays and abdominal ultrasounds are included as standard in every Snoots membership. There is no additional charge for diagnostic imaging.

Yes. Microchipping is included in every membership — a legal requirement for dogs and now cats in the UK.

Yes. EU animal health certificates for travel are included in every Snoots membership. There is no limit on the number of certificates you can request.

Medication is not included in the membership but is available through our in-clinic pharmacy at significantly reduced prices compared to typical London vet rates.

Snoots provides primary and diagnostic care for all conditions, including ongoing management of chronic health issues. Your vet can see your pet when needed. Specialist referrals may be required for complex chronic conditions — referral costs are not included.

Snoots does not perform major surgeries in-clinic. Simple procedures under sedation are included. For surgeries, your Snoots vet will refer you to one of our partner specialist surgeons in London — surgical costs are not covered by the membership.

Yes. Your membership gives you access to all six London clinics — Islington, Bounds Green, Acton, Forest Hill, Balham and London Fields — as well as remote consultations. Book whichever clinic or time suits you.

We give every appointment the time it needs — we're never rushed. Consultations that need more time won't be cut short.

Yes. Unlimited remote consultations — sick visits, wellness check-ins and follow-ups — are included in every Snoots membership.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a £25 late fee, which allows us to keep appointment slots running on time for all members.

For genuine out-of-hours emergencies, our partner clinic Veteris is available 24/7. Call 020 4571 8918. Veteris fees are not covered by your Snoots membership.

Yes. Snoots membership covers everything a new puppy needs in their first year — initial health check, full vaccination course, microchipping, neutering, and unlimited sick visits and wellness checks. Most new puppy owners save over £1,000 in their first year.

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to join Snoots.

Yes. The full primary vaccination course — typically 2–3 appointments in the first 4 months — is included in every Snoots membership along with all annual boosters.

Monthly membership fees are taken on the same date each month from the start of your membership. Annual and 2-year plans are paid upfront in full.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and ask you to update your payment details within 5 days. If not resolved, your membership may be suspended until payment is made.

Snoots reserves the right to adjust membership pricing. You'll always be given advance notice of any price changes and the option to cancel if you don't agree to the new pricing.
