All Snoots US plans include unlimited sick and well visits, core vaccines including rabies, in-clinic lab work, telehealth, microchipping, routine care, ongoing condition management, injection visits with the drug charged separately, prescriptions written at no fee, and referrals when care is not provided in-house. Annual and two-year plans also include X-rays, spay/neuter and dental cleaning (dental and spay/neuter are not yet running at Clifton and are coming this fall). Monthly members can upgrade to annual at any time to get them. ### How much does SNOOTS cost in the US? Snoots US membership is available on three plans. Monthly is $65/month on a 12-month commitment. Annual is $720/year ($60/month equivalent) and includes dental cleaning. Two-year is $1,320 for two years and includes dental cleaning plus a 24-month price lock. ### Is there a contract? All plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. Monthly is billed at $65/month. Annual is billed upfront at $720. Two-year is billed upfront at $1,320. After the initial term, monthly plans continue on a rolling monthly basis. ### What is the 48-hour risk-free first visit? You have 48 hours after your first appointment to cancel. If you do, you'll only ever be charged $65 — your first month's membership. The 48-hour window is voided if diagnostics (including imaging or lab work) are performed or vaccines are given at that visit. See our Terms & Conditions for full details. ### Are X-rays included on the monthly plan? X-rays, spay/neuter and dental cleaning are included on annual and two-year plans only. Monthly covers everyday care with unlimited visits. Monthly members can upgrade to annual at any time from the member portal to get X-rays and procedures. ### Does SNOOTS cover dental cleaning? Dental cleaning is included on annual ($720/year) and two-year ($1,320/2 years) plans only. It is not included on the monthly plan and cannot be added to it. Tooth extractions are available at $600 (basic) or $850 (advanced) on all plans. ### How much does membership cost? Membership is available at our standard rates: $65/month, $720/year or $1,320 for two years. Annual and two-year plans include dental cleaning when it launches. ### Is SNOOTS pet insurance? No. Snoots is a veterinary membership — direct unlimited access to a vet clinic for a flat monthly fee. No claims, no deductibles, no exclusions on covered services. Pet insurance remains useful for emergencies and surgery. ### Is SNOOTS a wellness plan? Snoots is unlimited primary vet care. That includes wellness visits, but it also includes unlimited sick visits, diagnostics, core vaccines and ongoing condition management. It is broader than a traditional wellness plan. ### How is SNOOTS different from Banfield? Most wellness plans like Banfield's cover a limited number of visits and a fixed set of services. Snoots covers unlimited visits, full diagnostics, dental cleaning (annual+), spay/neuter, and telehealth for one flat fee with no per-visit charges. ### What pets does SNOOTS accept? Dogs and cats of all breeds. Minimum age 8 weeks. We do not currently accept exotic animals, birds, or reptiles. ## Services & care ### Does SNOOTS US cover dental cleaning? Dental cleaning is included on active annual and two-year plans, but is not yet running at the open Clifton clinic and is coming this fall. It is not included on the monthly plan and cannot be added to it. Members will be first to know when booking opens. ### Are vaccines included in the US? Yes. All core vaccines and annual boosters are included on all plans — rabies, distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and Bordetella for dogs; FVRCP and FeLV for cats. ### Is spay and neuter included? Spay and neuter is included on active annual and two-year plans only. It is not yet running at the open Clifton clinic and is coming this fall. Members will be notified when booking opens. ### Which services are available from day one? Snoots Clifton is open. Available care includes unlimited sick and well visits, core vaccines including rabies, in-clinic lab work, telehealth, microchipping, nail trims, anal gland expression, mat removal, ongoing condition management, injection visits with medication charged separately, prescriptions written with no fee, and referrals when care is not provided in-house. Dental cleaning and spay/neuter are not yet running and are coming this fall. ### Is telehealth included? Yes. Unlimited telehealth consultations — sick visits, wellness check-ins and follow-ups — are included on every plan. Available 7 days a week. ### Are prescriptions and medication included? Your vet can write a prescription without a prescription fee. The medication itself is not included in membership and is charged separately at our published member prices. ### What's not covered? Medication, flea, tick and heartworm prevention, specialist care, ultrasound, surgery other than the included spay/neuter service, and emergency care are not included in the membership fee. We refer you when care is not provided in-house. ## Clifton clinic ### Where is SNOOTS in New Jersey? Our first US clinic is at Unit 133, The Shops at the Promenade, 852 Route 3, Clifton, NJ 07012 — Passaic County, accessible from across Bergen, Passaic and Essex counties and the greater NYC area. ### Is SNOOTS Clifton open? Yes, Snoots Clifton is open. Membership starts at $55/month. ### How far is Clifton from New York City? Clifton is approximately 12 miles from Midtown Manhattan — roughly 20–30 minutes by car via Route 3, or accessible via NJ Transit bus. ### Will there be more NJ/NY locations? Yes. Clifton is our first US location. More New Jersey area clinics are planned. ## Billing ### When is payment taken? Monthly fees are taken on the same date each month from your sign-up date. Annual and two-year plans are paid upfront in full. ### What payment methods do you accept? All major US credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. ### Can i cancel? All plans have a 12-month minimum commitment.
