* X-rays, spay/neuter and dental cleaning are included on annual and two-year plans only. Monthly members can upgrade to annual at any time to get them. Dental cleaning and spay/neuter are included on active annual and two-year plans, but are not yet running at Clifton and are coming this fall.

## Not included

### Surgery

Complex and non-routine surgeries aren't part of membership. When your pet needs one, we refer you to one of our trusted partner clinics, where we've negotiated lower rates for Snoots members. Your vet arranges the referral and stays involved throughout.

### Dental extractions

Routine dental care is part of looking after your pet, but dental extractions and advanced dental procedures sit outside membership. They're handled through our partner network at member-preferred rates, arranged by your Snoots vet.

### Medication

Prescriptions aren't bundled into membership. Members pay our member medication prices, listed transparently on our website — not marked-up clinic pricing.

### Secondary & specialist care

Advanced diagnostics and specialist treatment beyond what our clinic provides aren't part of membership. We refer you to partner clinics at negotiated member rates, so you get the right care without paying full retail.

### Emergencies (out-of-hours / critical)

Snoots is your primary care team, not a 24-hour ER. For emergencies, members go to VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) in Clifton, NJ, where Snoots members receive 10% off.
